WElcome to the 2012 METROsquash Windy City Open presented by Bmo hARRIS BANK
Once again the METROsquash Windy City Open presented by BMO Harris Bank features a professional sanctioned tournament that will attract 28 World Class Squash Professionals - all vying for one of the most well known tittles in North America (view event schedule) This year we are also hosting a pro doubles invitational event.
The amateur (club player) event is a US Squash Regional Skill Level Tournament selected by US SQuash to be part of the "Skill Level Series" as a qualifying event for Nationals. Participation and reaching the finals in one of these regional events is required for entry into Skill Level Nationals, being held March 23 - 25 in Baltimore, MD (The skill Levels in the METROsquash Windy City Open presented by BMO Harris Bank that count towards Nationals are, Women's 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0, and Men's 3.0 - 6.0) These tournaments are the best opportunity to meet the strongest competition.
All draws will include a first round consolation draw, so all players are guaranteed two matches. You may only enter one draw. All entrants into this years amateur events will be required to be members of US Squash.
